- Halo Xbox 360, yeah it's worth it.This is my first Xbox 360 system so I can't give a proper comparison as far as if it's better than the older 360 or not. I bought this system over 2 months ago. So far I am very pleased with it. I have had no technical problems as of yet and the system runs great even after 4+ hours of use. Some fellow purchasers have, by the 2 month mark or less experienced some difficulty with the system. I was very conscious of that fact when I bought it, but so far it works great. I would recommend this system.
It is a good looking great working machine and has not let me down yet.

I have now owned this console for over a year and still have no problems what-so-ever. I have logged 1000's of hours on this system. I love Xbox live, it continues to get better every day. I consider this a great gaming system, if it was a woman I would sleep with it :)...
I could never say it's better than the PS3 because I don't own one to compare with. I do plan on getting one soon so I may have more input on that yet.

- Awesome consoleok, this is a totally awesome console. to me look dont really matter, but it does look good. The graphics are awesome!!! looks like ur actually there..lol.especially when compared to the wii.(i dont have a ps3 so iwudnot kno how the graphiucs are comppared to the 360 but i do have a wii)
anyways the bad side is the xbox 20gb hard drive comes loaded with 10gb worth of stuff on it but it can always be deleted i havent donw yet, it comes with a trial of Uno!!! i dont kno if it expeires.it also has pacman etc.
the HD cable really makes a difference i use it at 1080i. i have the newer model batch #734 with the rumored chip i have not ahd the ring of death but i hope i dont.
the play and charge thing only charges while the console is on but what i realized you can plug it into ur PC while ur using it and it wall charge or since i have a wii i plug it into the back of the wii and it charges while the wii is off.
i have Halo 3, gears of war, (wats really cool i think ihave the first ones that were ever made, u kno on the spine of the case at the extreme bottom you have these numbers but i have 00001 for both of them. how awesome right....hopefully it wwill pay off later on in liffe to all halo and gears of war collector people in the futre, [god, please dont let the disks get scratched up in mys system now])

halo 3 edition to me dosent really make a difference and for some people who didnt kno it does come with a one month complementary gold membership.
wats suks is that it doesnot have a built in wireless thing and its bigger than the wii and thw wii has it, also u have to buy an external HD dvd player to watch HD movies,i wish it was bluray.

another suggestion on wat to buy is the surround sound system for it, cheapest here and walmart, walmart price is about $130 + shippin totally awesomer just buy it.

I have been wandering around the net and have seen this game without the extras for as much as $699.00. Amazon you guys are the best. - Falcon ChipsetHi guys, despite this console's God-awful appearance, this system's internal organs are the fastest and most reliable around, arguably better than the Elite. Although Microsoft won't officially concede this, the CPU runs on a 65 nm chip (rumored Falcon Chipset), which prevents overheating and the red ring-of-death phenomenon much more effectively than the Premium 360 version. So if you're skeptical about purchasing a 360 because of the numerous reported catastrophes, set your sights on this one. It's almost foolproof. I ran it over three times with my 3 tonne pick-up truck, and it's still intact. I also shot it with a 12 gauge and all it did was improve the graphics. Ok, I'm totally kidding, but the CPU is one heck of a technical amelioration. It's incredible no one else has found this out and publicized it more.
