This multipurpose oval roasting pan holds a 20 pound turkey, a small ham, or a large roast. The roaster consists of top and bottom pans which can each be used on their own as large sauté pans, or combined to create a covered roaster; the lid also doubles as a serving platter. Side-mount diagonal handles allow for more access in crowded ovens. The heavy-duty rack can be placed inside either the roasting pan or the lid, and it can also be hung on the edge of the pan to allow foods to drain right into the pan. The top quality 18/10 stainless steel construction with encapsulated aluminum core allows for even heat distribution without hot spots.
3 piece set: 12 quart/11.5 litre capacity roasting pan, 5 quart/4.8 litre capacity lid/sauté pan/serving platter, and roasting rack.
Both the roasting pan and the lid are crafted from the finest 18/10 stainless steel with a polished interior and brushed exterior. Both the roasting pan and the lid have tri-ply encapsulated bases of 18/10 stainless steel surrounding a 5 mm aluminum core, ensuring even heat distribution, cooking efficiency, and durability. Heavy-duty large loop stay-cool handles.

- Great pan-good price.As stated, this is a great pan that has a top that you can use for gravy preperation after the bird is cooked. It can go right on your stove top. The handles are good and offset for stability when moving the large bottom piece when full.
